SWEET AND HOT PEPPER POTATO SALAD
12 medium white potatoes
6 oz sweet and hot pepper
4 oz. sweet salad cubes
5 boiled eggs, diced
3 tbs salad dressing
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp mustard
2 tbs juice of sweet and hot pepper
Mix potatoes, pepper, salad cubes and eggs together
Add salad dressing, salt, black pepper, mustard and juice of peppers
This salad is better if refrigerated overnight
