PUMPKIN PIE

1 1/2 cup pumpkin
1 cup Half and Half cream
1 cup brown sugar (1/2 light and 1/2 dark)
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1 tbs butter, melted
1 unbaked 8 inch pie shell

Beat eggs slightly and add the rest of the ingredients
pour into pie shell and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees or 20 minutes at 400 degrees
