RECIPE INDEX
PEACH COBBLER
1 stick butter
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 or more pints peaches
1-2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup self rising flour
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
melt butter in Pyrex dish
in a mixing bowl, mix sugar, flour and baking powder
add milk, vanilla and cinnamon and mix well
pour over margarine in baking dish
add peaches
bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes
