ORANGE GLAZED HAM

1 (7-8 LB) fully cooked smoked ham half
1 cup orange juice
1 cup ginger ale
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 tbs white vinegar
2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves

Trim fat off ham, leaving no more that 1/4"
Place ham in a large roasting bag
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ham
Tie bag tightly and refrigerate for 8 hours
Remove ham from marinade, reserving marinade
Place ham on a rack in shallow roasting pan
Insert meat thermometer, making sure it doesn't touch fat or bone of ham
Bake at 325 degrees for 2- 2 1/2 hours or until thermometer reads 140 degrees, basting every 20 minutes
