Joan E made this soup for a soup night at our local American Legion Post. It was so good, I thought she should have taken home the prize and I had to have the recipe.

JOAN E'S TACO SOUP

1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
2 cans (14oz) Mexican chili with tomatoes OR
stewed tomatoes
1 (15oz) can corn, undrained
1 (15oz) can black beans, undrained
1 (15oz) can red kidney beans, undrained
1 envelope dry ranch dressing mix
1 envelope dry Taco seasoning mix
1 small onion, chopped

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook
on low 4-6 hours
Garnish with cheese, sour cream and Tostito chips
