FISH BATTER RECIPE
2 cups pancake mix
1/4 cup corn meal
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
beer (milk or water optional)
Mix all ingredients except beer
Add beer until mixture is consistency of pancake
batter (without egg it will be crispier)
Coat fish of your choice in batter
Deep fry until golden brown
