Crustless Apple Pie
1 egg, beaten
1 cup sugar (I use brown)
1 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 cup flour
3 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Grease a 9 inch pie plate
Pour in beaten egg, then dump in the rest
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
Serve with whipped topping or ice cream
