RECIPE INDEX
CRANBERRY SALAD
1 lb cranberries
1 orange
2 cups sugar
1 pkg gelatin (orange, lemon or apple)
1 cup hot water
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped nuts
1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple
Grind cranberries and orange
Mix in a bowl with sugar
Let stand overnight
Dissolve gelatin in hot water
Cool to lukewarm
Add cranberries and orange, then nuts and pineapple
Place in 6 cup mold and refrigerate
