Christmas Cookies
1/2 lb Candied Pineapple, chopped
1/2 lb candied Cherries
1/2 lb nuts
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup margarine
2 1/2 cup sifted plain flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together
Cream margarine; add eggs and sugar
Stir in flour mixture, then fruits and nuts;
Blend well
Drop by 1/2 teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet
Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned
