RECIPE INDEX
CHOCOLATE FUDGE PIE
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 heaping tbs flour
3 heaping tbs cocoa
1 1/2 cup milk
3 eggs, separated
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 baked pie shell
Mix sugar, flour and cocoa together
Add milk and well beaten egg yolks
Cook until thick stirring constantly
Remove from heat
Beat in butter, add vanilla
Pour into pie shell
Beat egg white until stiff
Spread on top of pie
Bake at 400-425 degrees until brown
